why wont IE9 display ads on webpages?

I opened my browser and it won't display all of the webpage. Like the ads on MSN and AOL. Why won't it display all the web page?

If you are using the 32-bit version of IE9 and you still can't view flash-based videos then you need to install the Adobe Flash Player for IE:

Unfortunately, it doesn't work for the 64-bit version of IE9.
