Don't listen to the MD who says there is no such thing as a fat burning food. MD's for years taught us the old Darwinian theory that it doesn't matter what we eat, we are controlled by genes. (not true)
It does matter what you eat and you are brainwashed if you think that protein only comes from animals. The China Study (which all MDs should read as part of their training) proves that protein from animals causes obesity the leading cause of cancer.
Get your proteins from grains and vegetables: yes, your body is a factory, converting vegetables into the nutrients your body needs.
Protein builds and repairs tissue and muscles are tissue; you have more than 600 in your body. It also helps with skin, bones, blood, hair, all internal organs - including the brain and the heart. Plant
protein actually helps lower cholesterol, protects against cancer, and promotes strong bones whereas animal protein does just the opposite. There are so many enjoyable protein-rich plant foods.
Vegetables, nuts, legumes, and grains; some grains (Quinoa, Salba, Hemp, Amaranth, Buckwheat) are even complete proteins and easy to make. And yes, you will burn off the fat in your body because you will have far more energy than if you ate animal protein. you will walk and not tire and this is the main reason why people are so obese: they don't walk enough, nor do people drink enough water or eat the right proteins.
Again, please stop listening to MDs who are trained by pharmaceutical companies and know very little when it comes to nutrition. Look at their bodies and the bodies of nurses. That should say it all.
