Cooking with fruit juices?
like for example, putting some [real] orange juice, instead of cooking oil, into a frying pan before adding the meats and cooking it that way
is this a safe way of going about it (i don't want to get food poisoning) or is there another way you would recommend?
i am by no means the next iron chef or anything so if what im saying sounds absurd, please forgive
any help is greatly appreciated :-)
