What was Gov. Palin doing when she handed out a share of oil company profits to every Alaskan, even lazy ones?

She called it, and I quote, " Just like Socialism, but for Alaskans" so I'm guessing here that she likes taxing corporations and socializing their revenue.

That's the law, that's the devils compact they made so that Alaskans were paid off while the oil companies destroyed their other industries.
Talk to the people who depended on fishing after the Exxon Valdez spill.

Ah, but what did she do later?
the minute McCain put her on the ticket, she was told to get in line, and support oil company interests.
What you see, AINT what you get, when it comes to Palin.
