    Hi there are many ways of achieving fitness such as through aerobics, dancing, exercises, strength training, endurance, long walks, jog, run, bicycle, swim etc anything which will strengthen the body.

    Its best to have a varied workout program that includes cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and stretching because this will in return make your heart healthier, give you good lung capacity, lean muscle mass, and an ideal BMI.

    You should also consider things such as your diet working together in sync with fitness. Eating a diverse variety of foods will help you meet your goals.

    Good diet like good carbs such as sweet potatoes, fruit and vegetables help the digestion and metabolism of other foods and are rich in nutrients and are low calorie foods. Whole grains like oats and other cereals. Brown rice, millet, barley, bulgur and wheat berries, beans, legumes, lentils, chick peas. Nuts and seeds.

    You want to stay away from these bad carbs such as refined grains and white flours like white bread, white pasta, and white rice. Processed foods like waffles, cakes, cookies, biscuits, pancakes, chips, lunch meats, hotdog. Puddings, custards, jellys and jams. These foods are high in processed sugar and release their energy immediately which results in insulin spikes that cause our bodies to store fat.
