How to get a body like Ashley Tisdale or Emma Roberts?

I am 157 cm tall and 47 kg

my body measurements 82-62-88

So, can I have body like Ashley Tisdale, but I don't want to get my legs were big and brawny?

    Ashley Tisdale recently got an amazing body for her Hellcats show so she done a lot of exercise and training prior. She also had/has a personal trainer which makes it a lot easier.

    Emma Roberts does a lot of walking and doesn't eat much as she does not have time between working so long and she does pole dancing to workout with her friends and it is incredible exercise.

    So to get a body like theirs you will need to cut down on all junk food and drinks. Just drink water and for snacks eat a carrot or some watery foods ( cucumber, apples etc ).

    As an alternative you could go on a smoothie diet ( a friend of mine done this with Emma Roberts as her "thinspiration" ). It basically consists of either having no food at all and just fruit and vegetable smoothies or having one meal a day ( either breakfast or lunch, got to be healthy ) and then just drinking smoothie's everytime you feel a little peckish or as a full time meal replacement. My friend went from a UK size 10 to a UK size 6 in a month which is phenomenal.

    If you don't want your legs really muscly i suggest doing toning workouts which i believe to be the maximum number of reps doing small exercise, e.g. to tone arms do 100 reps of a 5KG weight instead of 5 reps with a 40KG weight.

    I agree with you 100% about: Fergie - She's just not pretty to me. And I really don't like her in general. Sandra - I don't really know much about her but I've seen her and she's nothing great. She's not terrible ugly though. Kirsten - Kind of average, but no where near pretty. Gisele - Thank you! Someone who agrees with me. I always say this and people are like 'you're crazy'. Sorry, but she is so ugly! Why is she the highest paid supermodel? Yuck. Tom is kinda ugly too, so they're a good match. Julia - Same as Kirsten. Maggie - Nothing really pretty about her. But again, she's more along the average line. Hilary - Cannot stand her! HORRIBLE actress and she's not even cute. Taylor - Yep, she's overrated. She has such ugly features. Her face is all squished up and she has like a clown nose and these ugly squinted eyes. She does wear too much make up. Jennifer - Ew. Not pretty to me. Chelsea - I really can't stand her. She's ugly and I hate her personality. Renee - Just not pretty at all. Emma S. - I think she seems nice but she's not pretty. Jessica B. - Ugh, JT could do so much better. Christina - She use to be kinda cute but now she looks too weird. Scarlett - Average. Amanda - She was sorta cute on The Amanda Show, but now... whoa. Anne - Not pretty at all. Kate - Very average, maybe even below. Hayden - HATE her personality and there's nothing great about her looks either. Emma W. - People always say she is so pretty but I don't get it? She's very, very average. People I'd like to add to that list: Tori Spelling - I have to say this is probably the least attractive celeb. She's not the least bit pretty. Chloe Sevigny - Sorry, but she's just ugly. I HATE her personality too. Anna Paquin - Not pretty at all! She needs to get that gap fixed. Drew Barrymore - I hate her personality and I don't think she's pretty at all! Selena Gomez - I'm not saying she's ugly but she's VERY overrated. She's just your average looking Spanish girl. I could walk into Wal-Mart right now and find 5 people that look better than her. Angelina Jolie - I gotta disagree with you. I believe her and Gisele are the most overrated celebrities (looks wise). She's not pretty to me. Not even average. She looks kinda nasty and she's looking very old these days. I also have to disagree with you about Keira, Eva L., and Cameron. I don't find them attractive.

    Just work out a lot to get toned -swimming running etc. Make sure to eat healthily too!
