Try to access the website by its IP address, which is: 18.104.22.168
Enter it into your browser like: http://22.214.171.124
If it comes up, then you have an issue with DNS. The first thing to do is to flush your DNS cache. Open a command prompt window (hit the start button and then type CMD in the little search field at the bottom). Once that window is open, type the following command: ipconfig /flushdns
That will flush your DNS cache and force it to reload from whichever nameserver is provided by your ISP.
If the site does NOT come up, but you are able to access all other websites, then there is a routing issue either with your network or with your ISP (possible, but unlikely). You didn't indicate if you have a computer hooked directly into a modem, or if you have a home network, etc. If you are plugged directly into a modem, then call your ISP to get this resolved. If you are part of a network that someone else is responsible for, you'll need to get with them.
