Mold can be dangerous, but its relative to the dose, the type, the person and concentration. It occurs naturally so we dont give it much thought unless your the one breathing it daily in a closed up office. The mold you see in the office is probably the tip of the iceberg of what is BEHIND the wall that you dont see. The employer and building owner is setting himself up for trouble by not fixing the water moisture, which is the source of the mold. Eventually what happens is someone comes down very sick and then come the Sharks(lawyers) to start feeding.
Either get a new job, or start the documentation process of all the times you mentioned the mold. Take pictures, document the responses and response time, the action or lack of action taken. Hopefully you wont need the documentation and the moisture is fixed at the same time your drywall is all replaced and cleaned up, but if you end up in a hospital, your doctor will have something to start with.
