幫忙寫英文住宿抱怨信

因為出去玩耍,飯店服務太差,又是法國連鎖集團,

覺得有必要好好反應,希望網友可以幫忙寫英文抱怨信,

內容如下:

於2011/5/25~6/1入住Accor 集團的「vie hotel bangkok 」

預定住三人房,

第一天入住時,並未備妥加床,而且衛浴品都只提供兩人份,

還要通知才會準備,

第二天冷氣大漏水,整個房間溼答答,

還得抗議後換房間,

房間設備電話壞掉,衛浴品又只有兩人份,

廁所異味很重,蓮蓬頭零件掉落,

而且因為換房間,原本私人衛浴品因來不及拿,

飯店人員未協助處理,要求尋找,卻僅找回一瓶,

實在太不合理,同時不見,卻可以找回一瓶,其他都沒有,

抗議後,服務人員卻僅回答就是沒有,態度非常不佳,

既然「vie hotel 」強調豪華級商務旅館,

服務卻未達水準,希望貴集團加強訓練。

    Regarding to May 25th, 2011 accommodation in Vie Hotel Bangkok, we reserved for a triple-room, but when we check in the first day, the extra bed were not prepared, and there were only two bathroom products provided, therefore, we have to inform you by ourself. On the second day, the air conditioner were severe leaking, which made the whole room wet, then we have to fight for it to change our room. The phone appliance were broken, bathroom products were only two, and the smell of the bathroom is awful, even the showering parts were falling apart. Because of the room changing, we weren't able to have time take our own bathroom products, and the hotel staff did not assist with us for searching our own personal items, we were only able to get one back. This is so unresaonable, they were able to get one back, and the rest of them is gone. After we make strong protest, hotel staff only respond to us is "no", the attitude is extremely bad. Since vie hotel is so called "luxury business hotel, but your room service is crap and under the standard level, so we strongly recommend your company increase every level of training.
