You can play by strategy and not be stopped.
Most casinos will let you use the chart while seated.
They have the right to ask (tell) anyone to stop playing any game at anytime.
All casinos consider card counting cheating.
Basic strategy is not card counting. Card counting is done on the side of basic strategy to make it more profitable. Basic strategy, or any strategy, is never disallowed for that reason.
Ask the dealer at the table to be sure if you don't want to be embarrassed mid-game.

yes, some casinos might even provide you with one upon request.. casinos aren't scared of systems or strategies as they know that probability is always on their side. In fact, the casino I go to will just limit you to the table minimum if you are caught counting cards, they know that with the house edge they will come out ahead...sooner or later.
most dealers will help you out with your hand on any table game.. they realize that if they aren't taking care of you (and more importantly if you aren't winning), you won't take care of them. Contrary to popular belief dealers want you to win, usually winners will tip more.

Everyone is right in saying that YES, you can use this card.
The reason is because even if you play PERFECT Basic Strategy, you STILL have a disadvantage. Perfect Basic Strategy lowers the house edge, but the house still has an edge!
Absolute rubbish spam drivel from Harmon Cooper. That doesn't matter, though. If this goes to a vote, he will still use his multiple profiles to pick himself as "Best Answer".
You are pathetic, Harmon. No wonder you have to hide your profile.

Most casinos won't have a problem with it... if you're worried about it just ask the dealer if it's okay - they'll be happy to tell you.

99 times out of 100 they won't care. Just ask the dealer if it's OK.
It might just be faster to ask the dealer when you have a tough decision, though.
