朋友回答我說

通常只有最後一個連結會用and前面的都用”,” 區隔

但我的疑問是 中間的and是當作 "並且" 來用

最後一個 填入and 其他皆填入逗號嘛? 如下所示

如果是這樣子 老外會不會聽不懂?

這三個 and一個都不能省

and用來連接displeasure 和 insult 成為her之後的名詞片語。

and 連接 swallowed 和 kept 是She所做的兩個動作，依語意用過去式為佳。

and 連接 working 和 smiling，keep後的動詞一律用V-ing。
