How quick and easy will it be to change the colour of a car. ?
How much will it cost roughly to change the colour of a mini cooper (new ones)
In the UK
It will be a second hand mini but the new models. Not the classic ones.

The modern solution to this is to have the car "wrapped". It sounds crazy, but it's a vinyl film which is applied to the entire car. A company can make it virtually any colour you like, and the job on a small car like the mini would cost about £1,200 and be done in a day.
The beauty of it all is, as soon as you are bored, you can just have the wrap peeled off again, and your original paint is restored exactly how it was.
I have been amazed about just how good wrapped cars look in the flesh. I wouldn't consider respraying a car these days when wrapping looks as good as it does, and can be done in a day.

Car paint jobs are very iffy. Most people are very hesitant to re-paint a new'ish car unless money is no object. You'd likely be much happier either keeping the current color or finding a different-colored Mini.
Most people are disappointed by the lower-cost paint jobs. The masked lines are usually visible and might even be sloppy, the paint adhesion may start to give way after a while (peeling), and fading is a common problem.
Some shops do very high-quality repainting work that would satisfy even the most discerning auto collector but the price can be staggering--$10,000 or more.

For it to be done right it's neither quick nor easy.
