What are these markings on my Mosin Nagant 91/30?

On the barrel just behind the date 1943 it says the following: M91/30 Russia 7.62 x 54r. C.A.I. Georgia VT. Then a long number. What do they mean?

Also from some of the other markings. The internet claims mine is a 1943 Ishevsk.

What does these markings mean? Theres a triangle with an up arrow in it. Theres also the Soviet Hammer and Sickle in a little thing of leaves. Then a bunch of randomly places numbers and Russian characters.

The triangle with the arrow means Ishvesk, the city where it was made. The hammer and sickle surrounded by leaves is the Soviet crest barrel shank. The CAI etc means that it was imported into the USA by Century Arms International based in Georgia VT.

The numbers and Cyrillic letters will identify exactly where and when it was manufactured and when the barrel proofed.

See this website for nearly all the markings on Mosin Nagant rifles:

Or, you could try Izhmash, the company who made it - they are still going, and may be able to help identify any marks not listed on the other website.

Sounds like a description of where it was manufactured and its serial number.

ZOMGILLUMINATI! But in all seriousness: it's just an awesome symbol. It doesn't really mean anything.
