Is steam good for your skin?

What does it do for skin and should people do it every day if it's good?

    yep.. steam is water in gas state and it helps to keep the body moistureised and well miantianed. the particles are able to provide your body with H2O minerals and keep you hydrated.

    also steam helps to get rid of any dirt or dead skin of you body. giving you a lightend and soft glow skin. also have been said to keep you wrinkless.

    Steam helps open up your pores to loosen up anything that may be clogging them (such as blackheads and whiteheads). It's very useful for preparing for acne extractions or exfoliation. The bad thing about steaming your face often is that it can make your pores more likely to remain enlarged as you get older if they are on the bigger side naturally. My aesthetician never steams my face before facials because my pores are naturally rather huge.
