Garchomp (who is not uber in my case) Adamant nature

I think you need a support lead pokemon. One that you uses first in battle. to set up the winning game.

Bronzong (support & lead role) Sassy nature

-Stealth Rock

-Gyro Ball

-Payback

-Explosion/Earthquake

~Bronzong is an excellent lead pokemon using Stealth Rock. It can also OHKO many pokemons with Gyro Ball.

For it's EV, max the HP & ATTACK. (252 each)
