請問2327國巨為何要下市?

股本 220.53億

每股淨值: 14.87元

99年eps: 1.89元

100年1q eps:0.29元

我覺得沒有達到要下市的必要啊???

    透過收購國巨，讓KKR解套，KKR透過海外可轉債投資國巨已經4年，轉換價格約在11元左右

    --->收購前均價約五年線(MA60)是14.63

    但是收購價為16.1
