What are some science competitions I can join?

I want to win some prizes and work hard for them, I want to know if there are an science essay competitions that I can independently do and submit online or via mail. I don't mean something as in like isef or isweep when you go to another state and have to make up your whole experiment on like nano particle studies. I mean like essay competitions that you can submit online such as Dupont or Google science fair. In addition, science is not the only subject, the competitions could deal with english, math, or language, not soc.

Love your sign-on! There are several avenues that you can use, but most if not all, are closed for the current year. By mid-January each year, these sites post the upcoming competition requirements. Be sure to keep the addresses and check around that time. It will depend on whether or not you qualify for them, which is something that only you know.
