Labor and liberal party?

Hi - could anyone please tell me what the liberal party and the labor party stand for? I mean, just simply what they stand for - not biased definitions or anything.

Thanks in advance! x

The Liberal party have conservative views and are more focussed on private enterprise, allows a more free economy, typically invests more money for long term, gradual benefit for the people.[right wing].

The Labor party have more socialist views but still are not communist at all, they are more focussed on equal opportunity, more immediate support of lower class, with slightly more government control over the economy.[left wing].

Im a liberal man but i tried not to be biased.
