Texas roadhouse grilled bbq chicken?
Ok i dont get it. I go to Texas roadhouse and want to get something healthy. So i get GRILLED not fried, chicken breast which usually has about 200 calories, about 5 grams of fat, and like 50 grams of protien. So then i look up the nutrition when i get home and it says 520 calories, like 19 grams of fat, and 7 grams of protien. It says this on multiple sites and im freaking out. I am pretty sure that its not right but if it is right, how? Chicken is pretty much the healthiest meat you can eat, along with fish. So i have no idea please answer

Easy. The description according to their website states:
Grilled BBQ Chicken • Marinated 1/2 lb. breast basted in our BBQ sauce
You have to take into consideration the marinade and the BBQ sauce. The chicken breast alone is low in calories, but add the extras, and that bumps the numbers up. Next time order it without the BBQ sauce on it to cut back on calories.
