The book in question is "Buy, Buy Baby," by Susan Gregory Thomas.

"Buy, Buy Baby," by Susan Gregory Thomas is ranked #58,816 in Books at this moment. So what does that really mean? Not much - the Amazon sales rank is kind of convoluted and doesn't really tell you how well a book has sold over any meaningful period of time, just how well it has sold over the past hour. But it can still give you an interesting idea of how popular a book is.
As to finding actual book sales information, this can be really tough. I contacted a publisher last year asking for that information on a couple of books and they refused to release it. Nielsen BookScan does track sales info, but it won't release the information for free. You can try contacting them:
I think they might require you to be in the industry to get the information, too, but I'm not positive about that. I have no idea what they charge.
