k = rate/(mol/L)^3

If the rate is in mole/sec, then k = L^3/(mole.sec)

you can see from your equation that you are in third order reaction ( 2 + 1 )

n=3

here is a rule

units of K = 1/(M^n-1)*s

in your case

=1/M^2*S
