    have you checked for a clogged fuel line?

    have you checked your fuel filter?

    If you have over 140,000 miles you might check the timing chain to see if you have any slop/play

    if it does replace it before it breaks then you will be in deep sh*t

    check all your wires make sure you have good connections

    has anyone messed with your truck and switched the plug wires? are the plug wires on the right;

    plugs?

    hope you find it soon

    You need to check the compression on these cyls. You might have a bit of carbon across the valve seat
