Chocolate and Caramel Swirl cake?

I want to make a chocolate cake with gooey runny caramel swirled within it.

I have a can of Top n' fill caramel which is the caramel you would find in a caramel slice for example.

If I were to use a chocolate cake mix, blend it all together... could I then swirl in some caramel and the cake would still cook fine and the caramel remain gooey?

Thanks!

Yes!! that is the way you put a swirl of anything in a cake. Prepare a bundt pan. put half the chocolate cake batter in it and by spoonfulls put caramel in center, put on the rest of the cake batter. bake this way or using a dowel or chop stick swirl through the batter quickly then bake.

Bake as directed on chocolate cake mix package or recipe.

Here is another cake you will love if you like chocolate with caramel!!
