What does "Hal tattkelam arabi? Abeh bakheer! al'lafem hu hasool 'lee afDhal" mean in English? Its Arabic.?

It means:
Do you speak arabic?my dad is fine!.................that happened to me is better
(the word al'lafem couldnt understand it,its not clear enough)

Probably : "Do you speak Arabic? (His) father's fine! [Alelafim?] is to get better."
(You have to choose "Arabic" and check "Allow phonetic typing", and type a space behind every word after pasting the text.)

i tried searching in google translate. wasn't regestering as arabic. are you sure it's arabic?
