how do I know if I have civil rights after a drug convition?

    The only ongoing limitation is your inability to possess a firearm (and possibly your ability to serve on a jury). So long as you are not in prison or on parole you can vote in California despite a felony conviction.

    Are you a parolee or on probation? If not you are just like me ... except you can't vote or own a gun.
