有個德國的廠商很麻煩，我們下了訂單，也一直在寫e-mail問對方要告知我們大概出貨日期，還有這張訂單可以出多少貨櫃，可是對方都不正面回應，或者就根本不回應，我好沒哲唷，請問該如何處理??? 或是各位有更好的建議?? 請回附英文唷~ 謝謝~

是首次合作的廠商嗎? 確定email address正確嗎? 之前通過信件嗎? 知不知道何部門何人經辦? 如果不知道, 那麼打電話也未必找得到可以給您答案的人. 對方若一再怠忽您的詢問, 可去函適度表示不悅, 這可能是經辦人工作態度懶散所致.

maybe the guy who deals with it is on vacation since it is still the week of Easter. as u mentioned, try to make a phone call directly.
