List of countries whose nationals do not require a visa to enter Uganda:

Angola, Antigua, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Burundi, Comoros, Cyprus, Eritrea, Fiji, Gambia, Grenada, Italy (Diplomatic Passport holders only), Jamaica, Ireland, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Malta, Mauritius, Madagascar, Rwanda, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Solomon Islands, St. Vincent and Grenadines, Swaziland, Tanzania, Tonga, Vanuatu, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Visas are available at Entebbe Airport upon arrival or may be obtained from the High Commission of the Republic of Uganda. The current fee for a three month single entry tourist visa obtained upon arrival at Entebbe Airport is US$50.00. Travelers should be aware that a visa does not determine how long a person may remain in Uganda. The Ugandan immigration officer at the port of entry will determine the length of authorized stay, which is generally from one to three months as a tourist.

Visitors must hold return/onward tickets, and all documents required for their next destination and sufficient funds. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs should be informed of the details of passengers coming to Uganda for business, or other purposes than tourist visits, for security reasons.

Yes. Indians do require visa to go to Uganda.

You can go to the following website to download the visa application form. The Uganda High Commission Office address is also there plus the requirements to obtain the visa along with the visa fees are mentioned.

Uganda removed no visa required for the British because UK removed no visa required for Ugandians. So its only fair. Zimbabwe has closer ties with Uganda than UK since they are both AU countries and they trade more and Uganda and Zimbabwe have no visa required for its citizens.
