Who counts the legislative assembly (lower house) votes in nsw elections?

i know they use computer programs for the upper house, but how do they ocunt the lower house ones.

    Umm they do not use computers - they use people. When an election is called there is an ad placed on the AEC website - you apply, you get the job. You either work on election day, the weeks before at pre-polling or the weeks after doing to final count. No computers.
