what happens if you refuse a Breathalyzer test for dwi but then pass the blood test?

on a non refusal weekend(in Houston Texas) what will happen to you if you refuse a breathalyzer test and they take you to the police station and get a warrant to draw blood for a blood test and then you pass the blood test?

Update:

on a non refusal weekend you are automatically taken for a blood test if you refuse a breathalyzer. The reason you refuse the breathalyzer is because they don't tell you until it is to late that it is a non refusal weekend.

My big question is do they still take your license for 180 day for refusing the breathalyzer even if you pass the blood test?

notably by way of fact you knew the themes the penalty could reason you, eating grow to be a foul selection! As to refusing the breathalyzer? not a foul thought, by way of fact you've got failed it besides. Did it help you in any respect? in all probability not! the officer's testimony would be sufficient to get a conviction. Stayed clean for nearly a 300 and sixty 5 days ... now lower back in worse shape than you have been. hire a lawyer and desire for the acceptable. IMHO you're in all probability going to get hit with the entire penalty.

If you refuse a breathalizer you are charged with a DUI. The refusal is proof enough, by law.

You are not taken for a blood test.

nothing. you're free to go home.

i don't see why you would refuse it in the first place, all it does is waste time.
