No. Elaine Kwong is a 100% female, not a boy.

Tell you one secret that she was a former student in Hong Kong True Light College ( this is a girls college ). Hence, this is a very strong proof she is a female.

Her sound was not so horrible actually. It is not cute, but not hateful as well. You can hear the sounds of Chan Ka Yung or Chong Sze Man ( both are famous models ). They are much more terrible in my opinion.
