Which second baseman should I trade for Jose Reyes?
One of my fantasy teams ended up with four second basemen... I have Rickie Weeks, Gordon Beckham, Dan Uggla, and Kelly Johnson. My starting shortstop was Rafael Furcal, and he went on the DL for 4 to 6 weeks with a broken bone. I already have a pitcher on the DL, so I can't put him there.
Someone offered me Jose Reyes and Delmon Young for Weeks and Andre Ethier. I don't want to give Ethier for Young, so I'm going to counter the offer.
My roster is:
C: Geovany Soto
1B: Ryan Howard
2B: Rickie Weeks
3B: Michael Young
SS: Rafael Furcal (DL)
OF: Shin-Soo Choo, Andre Ethier, Ryan Braun
Util: Travis Hafner, Gordon Beckham
Bench: Dan Uggla, Gaby Sanchez, Kelly Johnson
So, here are my possible trade ideas:
Trade A: Reyes / Delmon Young for Weeks / Kelly Johnson
Trade B: Reyes / BJ Upton for Weeks / Ethier
Trade C: Reyes / Rasmus for Weeks / Ethier
Trade D: Reyes / Dunn for Weeks / Uggla
Trade E: Any other ideas...? He also has Tulowitzki...
I could add a SS from waivers... Orlando Cabrera and Ryan Theriot are available. That would require me to drop someone because I already have a pitcher on the DL.

A is the best, if he will go for it. C is the one he may go for. I wouldn't even offer B, and C is intriguing but Pronk is on fire right now. I guess you could move Beckham to 2B

If you can trade fr Tulo that is the best option.
If not, I'd drop Furcal and add one of those waivers guys and trade fr a catcher or more pitching, if you have those four 2b there has to be demand fr 2b in yr league cause pretty much all you don't have are Kinsler, Phillips, Walker, Pedroia and Cano (and Utley but he's hurt, long term too)...

Trade A - why would anyone trade 4 two guys of the same position?
Trade B - reasonable
Trade C - reasonable
Trade D - again, why would anyone trade for 2 guys of the same position?

C would be the best trade for your team, IMO. Rasmus is very good.
