A jazz beginner...help!?
so I've always liked jazz music, but I have no idea where to start. I really love romantic, smooth ballads/vocals. kind of those that set you in the mood, really relaxing sounds. I love the sound of the piano....as well the sound of a sax.
I was first introduced to jazz when I heard Lena Horne on The Cosby Show. And later on, when I heard the song "Moody's Mood for Love".
last thing, if you guys can suggest songs very similar to "Moody's Mood for Love", that would be great; it has such a romantic feeling and smooth vocals.
