Does Taraweeh replace Tahajjud prayer in the Month of Ramadan?
So Taraweeh prayer is actually Tahajjud prayer, but done in congregation during the Month of Ramadan? Correct?
So does Taraweeh replace Tahajjud during the Month of Ramadan? On other words, after coming home from Taraweeh, can you go to sleep and then wake up again to pray Tahajjud?
One last question: If Taraweeh is Tahajjud pray, then do you need to go to sleep before going to pray Taraweeh?

1. Yes, taraweeh replaces tahajjud prayer.
2. You can still do Tahajjud after Tawareeh. But in that case you have to make witr after Tahajjud. This Tahajjud will add to number of rakat done in taraweeh.
3. Not necessary. Sleeping before Tahajjud is preferable, but it is not a condition.

It is correct that taraweeh is a replacement for tahajjud during Ramadan. Its a convenience that is because of the need to get up early for suhur. Since it is a convenience, one does not have to go to sleep before taraweeh nor perform it in the second part of the night. However, if one wanted to pray tahajjud in addition to taraweeh at regular time, taraweeh would be done in even rakat (no witr) and tahajjud will be done with witr since tahajjud prayer must be done as odd-numbered.
