How do I reference a website in my bibliography if I don't know the author (not a web page, but a whole site)?

I know how to do individual pages, but I want to reference an official site for a living person, which I assume they didn't write themselves. I know it's an official website put together by an official organisation but it does not state the name of this organisation on the website, so I am stumped. I am using it for general bibliographic details, so I won't be referencing individual details a lot, but just pointing the reader in the direction of the website for more information.

This is not actually one of the ones I am using, but an e.g. would be www.barakobama.com - how do I reference something like that? in MLA style preferably?
