Will a Chin up/pull up bar break door frame?
I weigh 135 and I was wondering if a door chin up bar would break the frame, I really dont want to screw it on to the door, so I was thinking of buying this Bar, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002YQUP7Q/ref=ox... I saw a review and it was really sturdy, but I think it might break door frame, but it looks better than the Zon chin up bar, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002U0KAH6/ref=ox...
So i was just wondering which one to get, thanks

Rarely happens. Either one is fine. If you've never done chin ups before , don't lose faith. Most people who start do 2 - 5 the first time they try. (I did 4) After a year I pop out fifty at a time. Good luck.

You can do chin ups and pull ups at your local park on the swing sets or monkey bars. That's what i do, it sucks but i make the best of it until i find one for the house.
