Are these desktops? Desktops typically don't come with wireless network connections, though there are some exceptions. Model numbers of your PCs would help immensely.

"Realtek PCIe FE" refers to the wired network port on your PCs that you would plug a network cable into. FE would be Fast Ethernet, aka 100 Mbps. You will need to find the wireless network device (if it exists) or add one (USB based network devices are the easiest form to add)

EDIT - Thanks for the model number: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docnam...

That's one of HP's customizable desktops, so it may or may not have come with a wireless card included. If it did have a wireless card, it would be included in one of the expansion slots in the lower half of those motherboard photo. Opening up the case and looking might be the simplest way to tell: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docnam...

One unusual card location is possible. Lying on top of the motherboard instead of sticking up, between the two short black expansion slots at the lower left and the square black chip on the lower right is where a mini-PCIe card would fit.

If you don't have wireless cards installed, you can either run cables or buy wireless adapters, whichever is most convenient.
