Is this rape?.................?
so hypothetically if you meet up with this guy and you didn't really want to do anything with him, and you tell him that over and over but he keeps touching you and then he kinda corners you into a wall but not forcefully..and you keep saying no but he doesn't stop..then he makes you do stuff with him because he wont let you leave and he keeps holding onto you but not with force.
Then like if you keep saying no and that u don't want to do anything but then he starts taking your clothes off and you cant really do anything about it, is that bad?
like im asking because if he wasn't like super force full and if he doesn't like hold you down on the ground so its not rape right?
Idk if this makes a difference or not but Id never done anything like that before. And when I say do stuff I mean that he made me give him oral and have sex with him, sorry for the re-post but I just dont know what to do because it happened a while ago but I just cant forget about it and im really trying to, idk what to do.
To be clear, when I say he didnt use force I mean he didnt use excessive force as in hitting me and holding me down on the ground. He didnt let me leave after I tried to, I tried to push him away but he kept pushing himself onto me.
Im 16 and my family is very religious, I cant tell them im not a virgin anymore so anyone suggesting that I go to the police or family members...I just cant do that. And im confused cause idk what to do.

Yes its rape. You said no and no means no if he didnt listen to you even if he wasnt forceful you said no. Its rape you need to report him because he may be doing it to other girls to just remember its not your fault okay? hes the jerk who did it not you. Dont ever blame yourself or feel bad you did nothing wrong.

If you said "No" and he didn't listen, it's rape. And while he may not have used excessive force he still used force if you were unable to leave (like with the pushing).
I know this must be really hard for you, but it's not your fault. Try talking to a counselor (by law they cannot repeat to anyone what you have said), they would be able to recommend actions for you to take. Also, try going to a religious leader within your church. They can help you with these feeling and may also be able to help with approaching your parents.

No means no! Anyone who does not listen to "no" in regards to sexual activity is a rapist.
What you experienced was "date rape".
Here are some facts for you:
Most women are raped by “normal” acquaintances.
No one, male or female, deserves to be raped. Being in a man’s house or car does not mean a woman has agreed to have sex with him.
You have been raped when you are forced to have sex against your will, whether you fight back or not.
Rape is rape, even if the woman isn’t a virgin, even if she is willingly had sex with the same man before.
No one owes sex as a payment to anyone else, no matter how expensive the date.
Everyone has the right to say “no” to sexual activity, regardless of what has proceeded it and to have the “no” respected.
Men don’t physically need to have sex after becoming aroused anymore than women do. Men are still able to control themselves even after becoming sexually excited.
Please, seek help & report the crime that was committed against you.
Good health & happiness to you!

i've got faith that rape is a enormously lots nicely-known difficulty. particular, there are some remoted societies the place the priority isn't as pressing, yet you quite ought to seek for them. I additionally might element out that your standards for a rape loose society is very complicated to realize. that is human nature, sorry to assert, that once there's no possibility from predatory animals, human beings fill that area of interest for themselves. human beings actually have a tendency for tinkering with their very own meals grant...many a despot has got here across that ravenous the loads, and utilising the mark downs for weapons is an efficient means of administration. human beings additionally hardly proportion power and administration, they take what they are in a position to get...and attempt to get greater. in case you verify out it, changing human nature is with reference to the only thank you to end a metamorphosis interior the rape costs.

I'm no lawyer, but you should definitely go to the police with this and see what they say. Yes, I think this is rape. Forget if there's a lack of evidence, pretty much all a girl has to do is point her finger at a guy and he gets locked up.

when you say certain things like 'you said no' 'tried to push away but he pushed onto you' 'he took your clothes of and you couldn't really do anything' then yeah that is classed as rape.
Rape does not have to be forcefull with violence etc, if someone says no and you use any kind of force, harsh or not on them then it is not right and could go to jail.
You really need to talk to someone about this, i don't know how old you are..? but a family member then they could help you out with support.
or talk with samaritans, or even go to the police.
I hope it works out for you.

This is rape.
I'm sorry girl, but you NEED to go to your family. They love you very much and will be understanding and helpful. If you had vaginal sex you'll need to go see a doctor too.
And you need to go to the police. This guy needs to be taken care of so he doesnt do this to other girls. If you are a minor, and this guy is older than you it's a serious felony offense.
Be strong. You can trust your family, I'm sure they love you very much.

Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry! This is definately rape. You said no, and didn't agree to sex, so it is rape. You need to tell your family and the police. Your parents can't get mad at you because...well, it was rape. It wasn't your choice. And if you don't want to convict the boy who did this, if you don't want to cause a fuss for yourself, think of others. If this guy rapes once, he may rape again. Turn him in -- for yourself and others. I'm sorry :(

oh hun, thats awful.
if you didn't want to, then yes it would be considered rape. he probably wasnt using force, because u werent entirely running away ffrom him and pushing off.
you could press charges if you want. but that would mean telling other people. first tell your friens maybe depending on how old you are. think about your options. (:
just stay strong, **** happens, and you learn form it. <3Source(s): personal experience
