    Dear Xxxx,

    We have well received your swatch shade card with many thanks.

    Nevertheless, we found your shades much away from our standard colors.

    All the colors are off-shaded except white and blue, which makes it difficult

    for us to exercise choice and approval. We would highly appreciate it if you

    could provide another shade card matching or approaching our standard

    colors.

    Besides, we would like to know the expiry date of your previous offer.

    Kindly advise.

    Hi Jeff,

    expiry確可用於價格、文件、信用狀.....等, 而不僅限於食物、藥品.

    The price has been expired.

    The expiry date of this L/C is shown as 20110630.

    這些用法在商業上十分常見.

    您可看看任何一張SWIFT系統的L/C, 攔位31D就是"Date and place of expiry".

    從中文內容來看, 所謂的「樣卡」指的是同一產品的色樣卡或色卡 (shade card).

    Many thanks! We have well received your sample cards. (swatch shade card ??????????)

    However, we found sample colors deviate wildly from our standard colors except closser similarities of blue and white colors. Now,we have no clear idea of how to make good choices. Can you send us sample cards closer to standard colors? Furthermore, we want to know the expiry of your lattest quotation.

    "expiry date"應該是用在食物上的期限吧?

    貿易上報價單的期限大部分會用"validity of the quotation"或是"valid date/period"吧

    We have received your samples sent in by card, thank you ~However too much color and our standard color difference, in addition to white, and blue is close ...Remaining color ran away, now, we do not know how to select ...Can you provide more close to our standard color sample card?In addition, we want to know the last time the quotes you provided, when the validity period?

    We have already received the sample cards you sent to us, thanks~

    Apart from the white and the blue are nearly dine, other colours are much worse than our standards.

    We have no ideas how to make decisions now, as other colours went out of forms.

    Would you be able to offer some more samples which are closer to our standard colours?

    In addition, we wanna know when will the prices you provide for us be invalid.

    We have received your swatch samples. Thank you.

    The whites and blues are a good match but all the other colors are very different from out standard colors.

    We are not sure how to proceed with choosing the correct colors for you.

    Would it be possible to send us other swatches of colors that are more similar to our standard?

    Also, we would like to know if the prices you quoted for us is still valid and when does it expire?
