I have heard that some people say like this ''I am sick of England''

    Yes.

    It means that you've been in English for a period of time and you're tired of a certain, if not more, factors that exists there - the weather or w/e there.

    Have you heard of this before? 你有聽過有人這樣說嗎?

    英國大部分地區都很濕冷又常下雨...有些人確實無法適應這樣的天氣.

    ex. I'm sick of your stupid remarks.

    (你的那些蠢話我已經聽厭了。)
