美簽（觀光ｏｒbusiness 簽證)

Question

Hi, everyone

我之前在美國念書去年剛畢業

現在在一間貿易公司上班

今年公司八月要參展 因次我需要辦美簽

我不曉得現在我該用觀光還是該用商務的名義去辦美簽比紀容易辦過

我原本就打算回去看朋友因此即使不辦business美簽 我還是個人會去辦觀光美簽!

我想請問用觀光的名義去填表格還是用business的名義呢?

還有如果用參展的名義~ 我該不該附甚麼證明? 但公司是決定 六月在報名~但我想在四五月就把簽證的事情搞定) 在說我也還沒有book　ｈｏｔｅｌ～但表格上好像要我暫時把在美國居住的地方都填好～～該如何是好呢？

如果用個人名義去辦visa 並打算住朋友家 , 而留下 美國公民朋友的電話與住址~

這樣會很難辦嗎?

此外~ 假設我business的 美簽有核准下來

我可以用business 的美簽去美國觀光嗎

觀光簽證跟business目的的美簽可以混用嗎?

I can still use B1 visa for personal travel?

wht if i apply the B2 VISA, can i write my friends' address as the place where i will stay.

does it sound risky for me to get the U.S visa? Thanks.

i got it , so you mean that i can simply find a hotel on-line and take it as the place where i MIGHT stay for filling in the application form. ( they won't check if i book the hotel ...right ???? )

1. Business will be better - as you will get a dual business and personal travel visa (B1/B2) anyway.

2. If your company wants to attend the exhibition, your company will have no problem providing a written notice (or company letter) for you to get the visa (to explain your purpose).

Also, even it is tentative, you can still provide a tentative location for your planned travel (For example, if you go to San Francisco, then simply find a hotel in San Francisco and use that address).

跟 Gary 的意見一樣～辦商務的～容易許多～錢也不用擔心開的夠不夠～ =)~

妳最有利的理由就是 Business visit... 不用還要用旅遊？這樣反而更麻煩

而且簽出來的也是 B1/B2... =)~
