LOSE 30 - 50 POUNDS BY AUGUST?

okay, im 5'1 and i weigh 159 pounds. i really want to be skinny. it actually kills me that im not. i want a body like selena gomez or demi lovato like super bad. i go to the gym, play field hockey, and dance. theres not a day im not doing something active, but yet i see no results. i eat healthy and i stay... show more okay, im 5'1 and i weigh 159 pounds. i really want to be skinny. it actually kills me that im not. i want a body like selena gomez or demi lovato like super bad. i go to the gym, play field hockey, and dance. theres not a day im not doing something active, but yet i see no results. i eat healthy and i stay clear of bread, unless it's whole wheat. PLEASE give me some special workout plans and meal plans to help me reach my goal.
