2. Prominent both hilum.

3. Focal patch over right suprahilar area, inflammatory

process or lung hilum.Ca can not be R/O.

Suggest further evaluation.

4. Focal patch over right lower lung area.

Whole Body Bone Scan

Finding: *

* 1. Increased MDP uptake at the posterior aspect of right 8th *

* and left 8th&9th ribs, anterolateral portion of the right 7th, *

* left 6th, 8th ribs. *

* 2. Increased MDP uptake at the medial condyle of bil. tibiae. *

* 3. Otherwise, no abnormal MDP uptake is demonstrated *

* elsewhere in the whole body scan. *

* *

* Impressiong: *

* 1. The increased MDP uptake at the rib cage may be due to *

* or bone metastasis. Further evaluation is recommended *

* for confirmation. *

* 2. The increased MDP utpake at the medial condyle of bil. *

* tibiae are more likely due to inflammation or degenerative *

* change. *

* 3. Otherwise, no evidence of bone metastasis is demonstrated *

* elsewhere in the whole body scan.

在右側第八肋的後部，左側第八、九肋的後部及右側第七樂的前外部，左側六、八肋的前外部有MDP放射線物質吸收增加兩側脛骨內髁有MDP放射線物質吸收增加除此之外，在其他部位沒有發現MDP放射線物質吸收異常

臆測

肋骨有MDP放射線物質吸收增加可能是因為骨轉移，建議進一步檢查確認兩側脛骨內髁有MDP放射線物質吸收增加，比較可能是因為發炎或退化的變化除此之外，在其他部位沒有發現骨轉移的證據 --------------------------以上是翻譯--------------------------
