Red light therapy beds and tattoos?

I work at a tanning salon (but I rarely ever tan) and we just got this new red light therapy bed. It's not a tanning bed, but is a therapy treatment bed. I've done research and really want to try it since I suffer from eczema and dry skin. However, I cannot seem to find if it is safe to use if you have tattoos. I have two large tattoos and don't want them to fade. Does anyone know about red light therapy and tattoos? Any info is appreciated!

Suggest you contact the manufacturer or do an internet search. If all else fails, cover the tattoos with duct tape.
