    a little

    a bit

    a little bit

    I feel a litte nervous. = I feel a little bit nervous.

He runs a little faster than you do.

= He runs a little faster than you do.

    Please move a little.

= Please move a little bit.

bit本身是名詞, 故a little bit後面要接名詞(通常為不可數)時, 要用加of隔開, 例如 : a little bit of sugar, a little bit of dignity

而a little就沒這個問題了, 可以直接加不可數名詞, 例如: a little rice, a little water, a little freedom

He runs a little faster than you do.

= He runs a little bit faster than you do.

    I feel a little nervous. 和 I feel a little bit nervous.

    a little 和 a little bit 當副詞,表示「程度輕微」或「稍微」,意思都是 slightly,一模一樣,可以互換。

    I am a little (bit) excited. (disappointed / confused / crazy / nervous / scared / worried ...)

Can you run a little (bit) faster?

    不過表示「微量」,後面接名詞的時候,則通常用 a little bit of ~ 或 a little ~ ,有些不同。

Give me a little bit of water.

= Give me a little water.

在感覺上, a little bit of water 比較接近「一點點水」,比 a little water 少一些些,但這種分別是很細微的。
