Try taking a magnesium supplement. Some people swear by it, but some people say it doesn't help that much. Personally, I think it helps, but magnesium is good for you, so it can't hurt to try it. I take one magnesium tablet the morning of the day I intend to roll, and then I take another one about an hour before I take my MDMA. I think it does help. I wouldn't take any more than that, because although taking too much magnesium isn't dangerous, it can give you diarrhea, so don't like take two at a time or something. Also, if you find yourself gurning, if you put your tongue on the roof of your mouth and open your mouth as wide as you can and stretch your jaw muscles, and slowly close your mouth again, that will relax the muscles a bit and that helps some.
