How do I become non-obsessed about calories?

I'm only fourteen and I spend my whole day assuming how many calories I eat. It's becoming a bad thing because I always do it.

    ik excatly how you feel. trust me by saying do it slowley. know what foods are healthy and what arent. if you by something new rip of the label and toss it in the trash before you can read it. cook fresh veggies and eat fresh fruit, its healthy and doesnt have an exact calorie amount. there are some things you can obsess over, like finding the lowest calorie chips or cereal but stop counting fruit calories, try to guess count calories when your out to eat, or something like that
