    while it is commonly believed that union members will screw anything, in the case of the light bulb being changed it will require: one to change it, a supervisor to supervise it, one to take it out of the box, another to carry the box, under supervision, a shop stewart to complain to management about the weight of the bulb, a business agent to negotiate a high contract for changing light bulbs, and finally an inspector to insure it was done properly so 6 or 7 if the supervisor can not multi task

    Usually three. One to hold the bulb, one to climb the ladder and one Rep to ensure management doesn't rush them.

    One to fill out the paper work, one to carry the ladder, one to hold the ladder, one to buy the light bulb, one to open the light bulb, one to actually climb the ladder. Oh, union break......................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................climb the ladder again, take out the light bulb and carry it down, one to dispose of the light bulb properly, another to climb the ladder and have the light bulb hoisted up to him in a safe manner by a man who has been trained in this procedure, screw in the light bulb, climb down and stand around and with the union rep discussing the fact that it was very complicated procedure.

    Makes ten for those not counting.

    And don't forget the hard hats and specialized harness to prevent injury from falling off the ladder.

    Most union members are being manipulated they have no idea- We need to pray they WAKE UP! Not insult them! Most of those people are only trying to protect their families just like the rest of us! Evil is spreading and we need to do all we can to stop the hate- stop the divide and INFORM THESE PEOPLE HOW THEY ARE BEING USED TO DESTROY AMERICA AS HOLDING WORLDS CURRENCY !

    At least 5, one to see it, two to complain, one to requisition it, one to change it.

    If it wasn't for unions, the prices you pay for most anything would be much higher and quality much lower.

    To answer your question;

    Two to do the labor, at least six to supervise....so at a minimum eight union members
