The workers, [who have finished their work] , may leave.

Update 2:

To Louis:

The workers, [who have finished their work] , may leave.

    I am a student.

    You make me angry.

    l am here.(主詞補語是副詞here)

My brother John is a lawyer.

My brother, John, is a lawyer.

Three women--a lawyer, a doctor, and an engineer--were chosen.

He was really afriad, I believe.

Have you seen the bowl, you know, the blue one?

God knows, it would be a disaster if that happened.

The workers, [who have finished their work] , may leave.

An excellent speaker, he was never at a loss for word.= He was an excellent speaker and was never at a loss for words.

My grandfather, who is eighty years old, collects stamps.

The Headmaster, of whom everyone was very afraid, always carried a large stick around with him.

The workers

More than one adjectives is usually placed at the back of the sentence.
