Heavy drinking alcohol and eating Bread and drinking Water?

When heavy drinking, it's said to eat bread to absorb the alcohol more, and drink plenty of water

But will eating bread just cancel out the drinking lots of water by absorbing all the water? (to an extent)

Yes, bread is absorbing and is good to eat when drinking. Water you may drink but prefer eating and drinking. After the party before going to sleep drink A LOT of water! That's the way your head won't heard on the other day.

The bread is "sopposed' to soak up the alcohol. And the water is for right before bed so you don't have a hangover the next day. Bc Alcohol makes you pee a lot. So it will dehydrate you and make your head hurt. So you drink water to stay hydrated and you won't get a headache the next morning.

NEVER drink water when your drunk..water does not help nausea it worsens it..ask any doctor..

bread, unflavored chips, crackers are all very good and sprite

but the next day always drink water, so you can hydrate youself

time is the only thing that will help you sober up, bread may help if you are nauseous and drinking water will lessen your hangover the next day
