    Area of a circle is pi*(r^2) where r is the radius.

    Diamater = 8 feet.

    So radius = diameter/2 = 8/2 = 4

    pi = 3.14 (approx)

    so the garden's area is 3.14 * (4 * 4) = 50.24

    So the answer is E.
